En relación a su estancia en el Departamento XXX de la UPC recibirá un mensaje de invitación vía e-mail para que pueda registrarse en la UPC. En este mensaje se incluirá la carta de invitación y una URL para que pueda rellenar el formulario con sus datos y adjuntar la documentación requerida. Es obligatorio adjuntar la autorización de origen y el seguro con cobertura de responsabilidad civil y repatriación. También debe marcar los dos compromisos:

1. 1. hago constar que estoy contractada por mi país y
   2. solicito que autoricen mi vinculación a la UPC para realizar las actividades descritas.

Para finalizar ha de clicar el botón enviar para indicar que acepta la invitación.

In relation to your stay in Department XXX of the UPC, you will receive an invitation message via email so that you can register at the UPC. This message will include the invitation letter and a URL so you can fill out the form with your information and attach the required documentation. It is mandatory to attach the authorization of origin and insurance with civil liability and repatriation coverage:

1. 1. I hereby declare that I am under contract with my home institution
   2. I request authorization to be associated with the UPC to carry out the activities described above.
