Our mission

WWe support the governing bodies in the processes of verification, monitoring, modification, and accreditation of doctoral programs in the fields of Architecture, Urban Planning, and Building.

We assist to the academic committees of the doctoral programs and offer services to the coordinators of the programs and the faculty responsible for the supervision of doctoral theses, as well as to the members of the examination boards.

We manage, in collaboration with other UPC departments, the procedures and services associated with the academic records of doctoral students, from admission to graduation. This includes access and admission, enrollment, evaluation, financial aid, mobility, defense of the research plan, submission and defense of the doctoral thesis, certifications, among others, and we accompany them by providing information and support.
