Mission

Our mission is to provide the school and the departments of the scope of Architecture in Barcelona with administrative contracts, accountability and finance management of its teaching economic resources that are necessary so that the groups of this university community attain the common objective of excellence in the training of Architecture professionals.

What do we do?

We help to implement and monitor teaching budgets, aids and grants and we close the budget exercise and make the justification respectively.

We monitor and analyse budget execution and we write reports so that direction and governing bodies and other entities and people with budget availability can make decisions.

We implement ETSAB budgets (purchases with administrative contracts) and make accountability of income and expenses of both the school and departments with headquarters.

We spread and advise about the pertinent administrative and economic contract rules and check their compliance by ensuring suitability and legality.

We manage charges and payments.

We make accountability of, monitor and write reports regarding the assets inventory (equipment, furniture…).
