Departments Management Support

We support department heads in the planning, promotion and projection processes of the units and their academic and institutional responsibilities.

We support the organization of academic and institutional events of the units.

We collaborate in the selection, recruitment, competitions and evaluation processes of the PDI, as well as in those of reception.

We provide local support and advice to the POI, and we coordinate with the other areas to provide services to our users.

We take care of the logistics of the spaces linked to each unit, and process the acquisitions of material, furniture, travel, etc.
