What do we do?

To perform preventive, correcting and ruling maintenance of areas and facilities, so that they are in perfect state of preservation and use and comply with current rules.

To advise, assess, order, control and perform the monitoring of work and facilities projects. We collaborate on the action and study design to minimise energy waste, control consumption and carry out enhancement to favour energy saving.

To take care of service requests of incidences or breakdowns in the facilities: electricity, plumbing, heating...
